In Urban and part of Mixed Urban Schools there are poor teaching, forced disengagement from school because of lack of good teachers, desire to teach OTHERS and competition in employment; lack of security in teaching and learning because of lack of community teachers and administrators; situation where competitors are teaching their competitors without the desire to laissez-passer to join competitive labor and good life markets; etc.
LIMPT, INC. recommended to the present and past governments to compel universities and colleges to engage in mass training of non-white teachers and administrators to teach and manage their Urban and part of Mixed Urban Schools. For example, because of endless fear and greed to allow other people get education which is the ONLY path to get employment and related good life and because education is the beginning of the rest of the race, in black or Hispanic or Asian or indian predominantly schools, members of these communities MUST be trained to teach and manager their schools.
What LIMPT, INC. discovered in some Chicago urban and mixed urban schools is a joke or cosmetic plan to deceive American and international publics because certain blacks were hired under extreme limitation and handicapped in effort to do effective community base teaching and administration because of fear to loss their jobs because the purpose of hiring them is not to make blacks be educated and become white competitors in employment market.
LIMPT, INC recommended that in Mixed Urban Schools where the student demography is 55% black or Hispanic or Asian or indian, teachers and administrators will be distributed evenly based on this percentage and minorities in this student demographic index will be hired based on the percentage of their demography to allow equitable representation of other racial groups .
SHORTLIST OF THE INCIDENTS WHICH CAUSE DROPOUT AND LOW STANDARD IN URBAN AND PART OF MIXED URBAN SCHOOLS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES
In majority of Urban and part of mixed urban schools,
a. parents/guardians are cutoff from knowing what goes on in the schools because the day to day works of the students are seized by the teachers and school administration and in rare conditions part of the yearlong works are release at the end of the school year, thereby hampering continuous and comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the progress of the student. This worst sanction on the implementation of NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT and related education legislation;
b. teaching and learning curricula are kept in the school and students are sanctioned from taking the materials home and the secret of this plan is to make the students get poor grade and to cause more and more dropouts; there is an outrage of multiple poor teaching;
c. learning sanction and hostilities; criminalized stereotype, bullying, under scoring and marking, streaming, incident report and the use of school base healthcare or school nurse to destroy several non-white students in desperate situation where sound students are branded mental health patients and move them under color and race conspiracy to “special education department where final destruction is made”;
d. mounted police which encourages teachers’ poor teaching habits, harassment and bullying;
e. poor retention; escalation of dropout; lack of community base workforce (teachers and administrators);
f. majority of white teachers and administrators teaching and managing urban and mixed urban schools;
g. in detail, Publishers restate, there is maximum use of the services of adopted school nurses/guidance counselor, Department of Social Services/Children and Families, outbound physicians and other medical personnel to declare child in school and his/her parents/guardians and other people who are campaigning for better urban and mixed urban schools to be having mental health problem in order to stop their work;
h. inequities in funding or misuse of funds in urban and mixed urban schools;
i. materials to disadvantage learners, get poor grade and set pace to dropout from school;
j. sanction disclosure or release of school curriculum and teaching books and other material to get poor grade;
k. sanction on books and other learning in urban and mixed urban schools forcing poor students below state and federal poverty level to buy books and school supplies, pay for tests/examinations, pay for school trips, etc ( see Lynn Classical High School, Cobbet Elementary School, etc);
l. close-door career and course program derailing guidance counseling in urban school – including but unlimited to colleges are better than universities, outright cloudy campaign that college and university are the same but that college or vocational grade school is quicker to start good life and making family, universities are waste of time, lucrative courses such as medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, information technology, and other science programs are long and waste of time, secret counseling of early child birth and formation on-line boys and girls funky meetings, loan/ business teaching and counseling as early as grade 4-8, counseling to transfer to low profile humanities, sciences and social sciences vocational schools, creating vocational schools as part of grade schools to cause heavy damages ;
m. in urban and mixed urban schools, there is maximum sanction on freedom of learning and instructional relationships between teachers and students, teaching is less than 30% and examination/homework /test/quiz are over 70%. Part of 30% purportedly claimed for teaching is used for inter-teachers gossips, writing long incident reports and incident phone calls to the department of social sciences or children and families, school nurse, guidance counseling, etc . Under white to white organized teaching and management cartel, principal and vice-principal will not question these conducts. Department of and commission on education copied LIMPT’s inspectorate program (2008)in schools but instead of asking some expert questions on this program, secretly, they implemented the program by appointing principals as inspectors of their teachers. How is possible for a principal who seeks the vote of his/her teachers to do effective inspection?
n. close-door career and course program derailing or development guidance counseling in mixed urban school – effective course program development and focus are reserved for the whites, democratic Asians (et als), and moderates;
o. under secret consensus, departments of and commission on education used several matriculation tests/examinations (MCAS, SAT, etc) and extreme poor teaching of Mathematics, English and sciences to block non-whites and non-moderates who were able to walkup through the hard road, K-12 to seek admission to Universities;
etc.
FOCUS URBAN SCHOOLS (PART 6) – LYNN CLASSICAL HIGH SCHOOL, HOLYOKE HIGH SCHOOL, ETC.
Classical High School is urban school or non-white school with certain minor cluster of white students which brings the school not close to mixed urban school.
At LYNN, MA CLASSICAL HIGH SCHOOL, a female 11th Grade non-white student and related students are facing endless persecution for being talented/smart/gifted. For example at Classical High School, this female 11th grade student is persecuted, under scored and marginalized because of her interest to do the course (medicine) which american whites secretly claim forever white course and career and for writing Merit Long Essay for the end of the school year 2010/2011. In this essay she researched and investigated ways to improve teaching and learning in Urban and part of Mixed Urban Schools. The essay is titled ,
“Urban, Suburban, and Mixed Urban Education: Lynn, Holyoke and Fredericksburg”
Disrespecting First and other Amendments of the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States, because of this beautiful essay, her end of school year 2010/2011 results and transcripts were seized by the Principal to impede her admission process to study medicine.
This student is one of LIMPT, INC.’s off-line students and she’s honor/talented/ smart/A/B+ student. 2005 – 2009 in Lynn Public Schools, she studied at Lynn Cobbet, Breed and Classical Academy. In these schools, she was an outstanding honor/high honor/A/A+/B+/smart/talented /gift student. 2009/2010 she relocated to one of the best high schools in the United States (Riverbend High School, Fredericksburg, VA) and maintained this scholastic assiduous energy and she was variously honored as one of the best top ranking students in AP and honor classes.
Politically, forced back to Massachusetts (Worcester Burrncoat High School, Holyoke High School and Lynn Classical High School MA ) she is three months old at Classical High School and since her admission at Classical High School in March 2011, she has been battling alone without remediation lectures, good teachers (Algebra, Physics, Chemistry, etc) and under divided and ruled classroom, imposed competition to place agent-students underground and uncooperative attitude of the majority of the teachers, students and school administration. She has not been assisted to integrate educationally and socially particularly around her courses and school environment but she continues to maintain high points under excessive under-marking and underscoring. The Principal under dictatorial rule in collaboration with Holyoke Public Schools and Holyoke High School (one of the poorest and weakest urban high schools in the United States) and certain teachers designed plan to stop this female 11th grade student from doing her intended course (medicine).
The present principal has continued to do what Holyoke High School did when they underscored her in several core courses which are pre-requisites to study medicine. The fraudulent conduct of the Holyoke Public School and Holyoke High School was appealed to Massachusetts and US Departments of Education and FBI. Parents and LIMPT, INC. are waiting for these decisions and the Superintendent of Lynn Public Schools is aware of this appeal before this female 11th grade student was re-admitted at Classical High School. Under this collaboration, the Principal of Classical High School rejected the re-admission of this 11th grade student by the Superintendent of Lynn Public Schools and her outstanding educational excellence (Honor/High Honor/A/A+/B+) earned at Bedford South School, NS Canada, Lynn, Cobbet Elementary School, Lynn Breed Middle School, Lynn Classical Academy, Worcester, MA Burncoat High School, Riverbend High School, Fredericksburg, VA. Principal of Classical High School continued to lobby teachers at Classical High School to underscore her to severely lower down her GPA to abort her chance to study medicine.
The principal of Classical High School is suspected to be member of white supremacy or skin head organization and friend of some clandestine politicians and he handles nonwhites with indirect hostility and place ugly cooperation distance between nonwhite parents/guardians and the school and he feels that all teachers and administrators of the school must forcibly obey his cultist command and approach to democratic teaching and learning and other process of education. “There needs to be communication between administration, teachers, students, and the whole education department -Principal.” Parents/Guardians are excluded in this educational collaboration or activity. He seizes scores and sheets of students’ homework, test, and examination and commands the teachers on what to do to non-white students. As usual members of these organizations believe in divide and rule of the people Margret Mead called “OTHER.” In their administration of OTHER they create unnecessary internal imbalance and discriminatory competition (scores awarded without merit to generate in-fighting) among the ruled to coordinate and enforce divide and rule.
This Principal further said,
“Also, we will improve grading parameters among teachers.” What are grading parameters? “Creating grading parameters basically allow teachers in certain subjects to have similar grading methods and allow the teachers to be on the same page when it comes to grading.” Lay policies and practices, because rules for allocating scores in sciences, social sciences and humanities are different and marking psychology apart from standard rules and regulations, teachers view point made by students in different ways. Under fraudulent practices in mixed urban schools and urban school there is growing marking animosity among certain teachers.
2012 will be four years when President Obama was elected but over 95% of the workforce of ex-President George W. Bush and past governments are still running day to day government of President Obama because of the CIVIL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE LAW where under civil service promotion guideline, next in rank takes the chair. Old civil service legislation has contributed to failure of several governments because it has failed to remove mismanagement , weak operators, politico-administrative red tapes, color, race, nepotism, bribery and corruption, etc. As high percentage of white forms major old chain and old organizational structure and greater part born with maximum greed, whites must fill any vacancies with/without qualifications. The Whitehouse jobs which are classified as presidential employment are controlled and several job applications mailed to the Whitehouse by non-whites are destroyed or diverted.
THE PERSECUTION LIMPT, INC. SUFFERED
August 18, 2008 – present, LIMPT, INC. (EDUCATION/WORKFORCE PROJECT – USA CHAPTER) has suffered severe forms of persecution and economic sanction or embargo and its only bank account in the United States which is with Wachovia Bank has balance of $0.00 and without patience for this condition to rebound swiftly Wachovia closed the account. All national and international donations are blocked and summarily denied. LIMPT, INC. and its outreach staff including the National Coordinator and his deputies who have been forced to remain underground have suffered sanction or embargo and several homelessness within this period.
RECOVERY.GOV et al (including education funding) are created for the whites and few non-whites (in majority doing nothing and out there in operation as an indirect and direct attachment to mainstream projects which are predominantly whites and . Effective implementation of these programs by the government of President Barack Obama, must be checked immediately because the opposition is in control and several jobs created are not offered and this sanction is to undermine the good efforts this government has made remove America from recession or depression. Directly and indirectly, the opposition is in control of the Chief Financial Officer of America in charge of this program.
LIMPT, INC. has severally filled out and submitted its CCR forms and any effort made by LIMPT to fill out grant and other funding is blocked. The process is stopped with different type of messages, based on DUNS, IRS CONSENT, TIN/EIN, etc. template systems which are controlled by several online actors. Thereafter staff will waste time and other resources to return these messages to different offices and some of the officers will delay the process for several months. From time to time, the following messages are sent but soon as LIMPT’s staff restarts the process, they will block the process.

At certain point of exchange of correspondences and dialogue, U.S. Federal Service Desk and Federal Technical Department and others pointed fingers on IRS Consent and DUNS with much emphasis on mere imagination on nothing but LIMPT, INC. suspects agents of the former government with the bureau of national security, FBI and Chief Financial Officer.
After some other investigation LIMPT, INC. found the office of the Chief Financial Officer and its agencies or associates focus on whites businesses and organizations and these offices allow smooth flow of whites’ applications or project proposals without online cyber-vultures or warriors. IRS, DUNS, CCR, and Office of the Chief Financial Officer are not serious and think leaving system and office unsecured will not drag America back to past breach of financial, credit and trust crash.
To avoid repeat of this crash, Chief Financial Officer and the Government of President Barack Obama must block all ex-President George W. Bush factors to save America and world from another recession or depression.
