When Dr. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume, IHRRG, IHRRG, NDLIF & Associates found that the conflict, wars, and instability in Nigeria 1914 - present were engineered and implemented by foreign allies, colonial administration and oil/gas companies and brewing eminent strands to emergence of fractured relationships between region, ruled and ruler on ethnic and religion lines, they started Peace and One Nigeria awareness movements inside and outside Nigeria but leaders, politicians, and lawmakers of Nigeria continue to travel oversea and internally continue to shift towards foreign advisors more than Nigerians advisors.
Diplomats in Nigeria are close to the point of concluding their deceitful brainwash on Nigerian leaders, politicians, and lawmakers. Nigerian leaders, politicians, and lawmakers have started receiving usual multiple invitation letters from overseas which foreign leaders, politicians, and lawmakers styled and called business letters whereas they are shaddy letters designed to lure them out of Nigeria to discuss crook businesses stemming from bribery for contracts to looting and fake assurance to help them repatriate and keep the loots.
Why should Nigerian president, leaders, politicians, and lawmakers travel oversea to negotiate businesses when they have consulates and embassies? Why should Nigerian president, leaders, politicians, governors, lawmakers, etc keep money in foreign bank and other accounts when Nigeria has more effective international banks and allied financial institutions?

The consequence of downplaying emerging conflict and instability is huge and has now deeply showcased across Nigeria and President Goodluck Jonathan during Christmas and New Year 2011/2012 holidays cried to his god but his god knows that in -Chinua Achebe, THINGS FALL APART & THE CENTER CAN NOT HOLD. Niger Delta Region, Biafra and other cases are downplayed and remain unattended as if they are no leaders in Nigeria. Why should leaders wait until the crisis hits explosive stage? Government of Nigeria must know that the authorities of Nigeria and their friends have not done anything to suppress the groups that wait for horizontal peace remedy.
