IHRRG has interviewed refugees, churches, homeless people, salvation army, catholic charities, etc from place to place in the United States and found terrible political and dirty moneyed activities which have persistently robbed the american taxpayers of their taxes and charitable donation and grants. In part, the whole activities are securely put under political agenda to empower certain racial group (whites) across America. And the major receivers
and profiteers are Department of Social Services (DSS); Department of Housing and Community Development; Orphanage, Church, Adoption and Foster agencies and organizations. Falsely they are registered as NON-PROFITor NON-STOCK CORPORATION but they make money more than PROFIT or STOCK CORPORATION. Educated and sound non-whites are denied services by SALVATION ARMY, CATHOLIC CHARITIES, CERTAIN CHURCHES, STATE AGENCIES, ETC to deprofessionalize them and void the power to empower others.


Certain refugees and homeless people are the sole victims of the destructive aparatus of these organizations and agencies. This very careful study which tries to profile and examine victims by particularity under social and economic policies and practices based on needs and barriers via distinction of race, color, religion, nationality, etc.

During the focus studies, victims complained about the secret advice that should they article and publish their experiences, they (church & refugee settlement organizations and agencies) will hire hitmen/women to kill them. Majority of these victims agreed to give anonymous telephone interviews and advised IHRRG to blind names of the organizations and agencies. All the telephones appeared as "UNKNOWN." Finally, less than 1% of several hundreds agreed to raised their pains and consent to article and publications.

CASE # 1

HOMELESS PEOPLE AND REFUGEES REMOVED PASTORS FROM LYNN, MA TO WASHINGTON D.C. GREYHOUND BUS STATION AND TO CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY (CHURCH SANTUARY), FREDERICKSBURG, VA USA ON OCTOBER 12, 2009 - OFUME FAMILY (8 PEOPLE)

In the state of Massachusetts to impounded and seize several court and other documents which originated from the United States after the Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) massively impounded and seized the family's unexpired UN travel documents, passports and other documents and materials on September 29, 2005, the family was rendered homeless on August 19, 2009 at 33 Arlington Street Apt#1 Lynn, MA 01902. According to the state's shelter payment the apartment was paid for upto December 30, 2009. Also according to several documents which were removed in the CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY's CHURCH SANTUARY several millions dollars were removed from the treasury of the state using the name of Phillip Ofume. Ms. Ann Goldberg (Housing Stabilization Worker of the Department of housing and Community Development, Salem, MA) made disclosure of part of this gruesome fraud during an administrative hearing in the DTA's Office in Salem, MA (SEE OFUME V. DTA). Ms. Goldberg said that she did copies of this fraud and became tied. Complaint was filed with the attorney-general (that was fighting to get Hon. Ted Kennedy's seat) and no criminal investigation was commenced. To seal the fraud, the Director of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (Boston, MA) requested Ms. Goldberg to deny Ofume family emergency/temporary housing pending January 2010 when the family will be qualified for shelter. To enforce the family's removal from Massachusetts and continue to seal the fraud and impede the family's presidential campaign, the Directors of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (Boston, MA) and DTA mobilized secret agents to block all efforts made by the family to find a place to live in Massachusetts to the extent that they went to influence the Bishop of THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER SAINTS (LDS) and he used Revere, MA Police Department to remove the family from the church's sanctary into the street under bitter cold.

The Ofume family is member of THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER SAINTS (LDS) and one of the senior Priest in the church and with standing devoute membership since 1998. In the contemporary push for politics and money, LDS forgot the persecution the founder of the church suffered and died in the circumstance (see Martyrdom of Joseph and Hyrum Smith - http://www.lightplanet.com/mormons/people/joseph_smith/martyrdom.html). What the Ofume family suffers inside and outside the United States is just THIS. But the church in the United States believes that because a Black family suffers same persecution the trend and pains are not same.

Based upon this blockade, the family fled to Washington, D.C. where the CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY removed the family and placed them into its CHURCH SANTUARY to drill the family to death. Now comes January 2010 when the family would be qualified for shelter or housing in Massachuetts. Ms. Goldberg said that Director of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (Boston, MA) requested her to get reference from the Pastor (Devoris Pollum) of THE CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY and that she knows the Pastor for long time. Ms. Goldberg told Dr. Ofume and others that the Pastor told her that the Ofume family has been provided better facilities in the state of Virginia whereas the family is sleeping from street to street and part assistance provided to them by the Islamic Center of Frederickburg enables the family to buy food.


October 12, 2009 through December 12, 2009 six children and two parents homeless and refugees at the same time has been forced to sleep on the fridged or bitter
cold floor ot the church sanctuary (CornerStone Christian Faith Healing Ministry) without matrasses, pillow, bed, warm clothes, etc. The Pastor of this Church has received several awards from President George W. Bush, Jr.

The church has kitchen and stove but the family was not allowed to cook. The family is allowed into the kitchen when it is called to volunteer to take part in preparing church ceremonial meals. To feed, inside and outside rain and snow times the family will walk long distance to the distance store (GIANT) to buy food. The church has several vehicles but would not drive the family to the store. The personal properties of the family stocked in closet in the toilet. Each day and night the Pastors of the church come into the sanctuary to harass the family and severally forced them into the cold for several hours as disciplinary measure with offence committed. CASE # 2

On December 12, 2009 one REFUGEES SETTLEMENT ORGANIZATION called IMANI entered into the CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY and saw the family sleeping under bitter cold floor without matrasses, pillow, bed, warm clothes, etc. and as business organizatiion the Director (Munira Marlowe) raised her voice and accused the church of persecution and removed the family to its center and went to the Islamic Center and other places including posting the fundraising appeal and some of the family's picture on MYSPACE and other spot to raise fund with the promise that the center desires to use the money to build a 3-bedroom apartment. Suddenly money and van were raised and the 3-bedroom apartment was built. About three (3) days after the building was completed, the Direcor of the center told the family that the Virginia Department of Social Services ( Foster Children Division - DSS) requested the center to render the Ofume family homeless or the two adopted Foster Chidren which were adopted by the Director will be seized and removed. Less than 24 hours the children were seized. Few days latter the Ofume family was rendered homeless.

Ms. Goldberg refused to interview the DIRECTOR (Munira Marlowe) of the IMANI REFUGEE ORGANIZATION and continued to believe the lies told by the Pastor of THE CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN FAITH HEALING MINISTRY. In the State of Virginia the DSS and other agencies are influenced to extreme that TANF, FOOD STAMP, SS, MEDICAID, ID, DRIVER'S LICENSE, ownership mailbox, etc are denied to the limited extent that the family's US born child is given TANF ($144.00/mo) and FOOD STAMP ($199.00/mo). In the state of Massachusetts, FOOD STAMP was approved for all the under-14 children and Masshealth was approved for all members of the family (sept. 2009) pending reapplication. The Governors, Attorney-Generals, etc in Massachusetts and Virginia refused to investigate the family's complaint above stated.
