LIMPT, INC. was founded time yet unknown but examined by the IHRRG and others and found that the Project is the best program in human history to empower STUDENTS/LEARNERS, TEACHERS, GOVERNMENT, PARENTS/GUARDIANS, etc.

In the United States LIMPT,INC. was introduced and initially incorporated in the State of Massachusetts after several public enlightenment articles. On August 18, 2008 the Secretary of State of Massachusetts approved LIMPT’s Article of Incorporation under Non-Stock or Non-Profit capacity.

On August 22, 2008 VERISON, INC. was used to destroy the entire computer and all the stuffs saved thereon.

December 2008 through August 2009, the Landlord of the Property where LIMPT, INC. was using to start the Project suffered multiple eviction notices in the Massachusetts Superior Court Department (Lawrence Division) and Massachusetts Northeast Housing Court (Lawrence Division holden in Lynn Session). On August 19, 2009 as the cases in these courts suffered setback and disadvantaged LIMPT, INC. , LYNN POLICE DEPARTMENT was used to raid the apartment (33 Arlington Street #1 Lynn, MA 01902) while the Defendant or Coordinator (Dr. Phillip C. Ofume) traveled to Boston (Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court) and the incorporation documents and other court and non-court documents and materials were impounded and seized and removed to unknown destination. During this time, LIMPT, INC. operated in-house and all the occupants and staff and volunteers were rendered homeless. All efforts to recover LIMPT’s incorporation documents and other materials failed.

Reason for this forcible eviction is multiple thus some politicians, lawmakers and others think that LIMPT, INC. will empower nonwhites and stop their disengagement from school on first part; stop shooting of talented students and action of cults/gangs inside and outside hotspots across United States on second part; LIMPT, INC. will act as self-employment for Dr. & Mrs. Ofume and others on third part; etc.
